   Complete this intake form to tell me about your audience, goals, topics of interest, and vision for the event.

2. Connect with me directly
   I will be in touch via email (hello@jessicakarpathios.com) to schedule a discovery call where I listen, ask questions, and get a clearer picture of your total attendees, priorities, budget, and timeline.

3. Collaborate on the Session objectives
   On our Discovery Call, we’ll shape your topic(s), tone, learning approach, resources, and materials needed to ensure every attendee walks away inspired and equipped. A proposal and contract will be provided within 48 hours of the Discovery call to confirm dates, deliverables, and guaranteed learning outcomes.

4. Deliver, Results Based Accountability Report, & The Ripple Effect

   I be with you every step of the way leading up the event, ensuring the event(s) run seamlessly; from pre-event setup to post-event feedback and resources for ongoing learning. All of my custom professional development engagements come with a complimentary Results-Based Accountability report to show the impact from attendee survey data, directly linked to the desired outcomes and ensuring you know how your audience is better off.

Each community I work with gets complimentary access for a selected number of participants (determined of the Discovery Call) to The Curious Educator Collective Membership Platform for 1 year to ensure the impact is sustained long after our time together.
